Football Coach – Union County High School (2026 Season) Patriot Football

Location: Union County High School
Sport: Football
Season: 2026 Football Season

Union County High School is seeking qualified, motivated, and dedicated football coaches to join our high school football staff for the upcoming 2026 season. We are currently looking to fill the following coaching positions:

  • Offensive Line
  • Wide Receivers
  • Running Backs
  • Defensive Line
  • Defensive Backs

Preferred candidates currently reside in the Union County or Knox County area and may be considered for potential teaching opportunities for the 2026–2027 school year. Which may align for the right candidates, depending on qualifications and school needs. However, applicants willing to relocate are strongly encouraged to apply as well.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coaching and/or playing experience at the high school level or beyond
  • Strong knowledge of football fundamentals, position-specific techniques, and player development
  • High character, strong work ethic, and a commitment to building positive relationships with student-athletes
  • Energy, accountability, and a team-first mindset

Responsibilities Include:

  • Coaching and developing student-athletes on and off the field
  • Assisting with practice planning, game preparation, and player evaluations
  • Supporting a positive, disciplined, and competitive football culture
  • Collaborating with the head coach and staff to grow the overall program

Additional Information:

  • Teaching or other positions within the school building will be determined based on applicant qualifications and availability.
