Business Systems Analyst
Client is hiring a Business Systems Analyst to help shape the future of digital healthcare in New Brunswick!

What You'll DoYou'll play a key role in bridging business needs with digital health solutions by:
Leading requirements gathering and facilitating workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
Reviewing vendor release documentation and presenting updates to stakeholdersDeveloping and executing testing plans , including regression and validation.
Documenting business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures .
Managing release management activities , coordination, and production validation.
Collaborating with partners across health and IT sectors.
Supporting forms management and standardization across EMR systems.
Providing business analysis expertise for EMR and connected health initiatives.
Preparing training materials and documentation to support user adoption.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Business Administration , or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
5+ years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst (requirements, facilitation, analysis, design).
Availability to work onsite in Fredericton, NB during onboarding.
Preferred:
Experience in Canadian eHealth projects (especially EMR systems).
Knowledge of HL7 integrations , lab requisition/results messaging, and electronic lab distributions.
Experience documenting testing plans, workflows, and user stories .
Proven ability to develop RFI/RFP documentation and manage stakeholder engagement.
5+ years' IM/IT project experience.
