Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Systems Analyst Co-Op to join our team in Winter/Spring (Jan '26 - June '26) for 6 months. This role is perfect for someone passionate about learning business processes, engaging with business users, and quickly adapting to new technologies. 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements. 
• Assist in the development and implementation of business systems and processes. 
• Assist in defining test plans and performing testing
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning. 
• Gain hands-on experience with new technologies to facilitate meaningful discussions and solutions. 
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, systems, and requirement s.

Required Experience and Skills

• • Pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes. 
  • Proficiency in documentation and technical writing. 
  • Comfortable meeting and interacting with new people from varying backgrounds and experiences.

Desired Experience and Skills

• • Previous internship or project experience in business analysis or related fields.
  • Familiarity with Cloud-based systems, SQL, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. (Especially past exposure to any PLM tools and/or Salesforce-based platforms).
  • Exposure to the semi-conductor industry or High-tech manufacturing.

The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00 - $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S.
