About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Construction Foreman to lead crews and keep projects running smoothly. If you're a skilled carpenter with supervisory experience and the ability to manage job sites efficiently, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do
✔ Lead and supervise a team of skilled tradespeople on commercial construction projects
✔ Read and interpret blueprints , ensuring work meets project specifications
✔ Oversee quality control and ensure job sites are safe, organized, and productive
✔ Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors to keep jobs on schedule
✔ Hands-on carpentry work as needed to support your team

What We’re Looking For
✔ 5+ years of carpentry/construction experience (commercial projects preferred)
✔ 2+ years of leadership experience running a crew
✔ Strong knowledge of commercial building construction and carpentry techniques
✔ Ability to manage schedules, materials, and job site efficiency
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (own tools a plus)
