We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and special events. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering seamless event experiences. The Events Assistant will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure each event meets Beloform Craft’s standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of events from planning through completion
Support event logistics, scheduling, and on-site operations
Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal departments as needed
Prepare event materials, checklists, and operational documentation
Monitor timelines to ensure tasks and milestones are met
Provide administrative and operational support before, during, and after events
Ensure events are delivered professionally and aligned with company expectations
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Professional attitude with a collaborative work style
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
