The Events Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and eager to develop professionally within the events industry. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure events run smoothly and meet high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and preparation of events from planning stages through execution
Support logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination
Help manage event materials, equipment, and on-site setup
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal team members as needed
Maintain accurate records, timelines, and event documentation
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
Assist with post-event wrap-up, reporting, and evaluations
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
