Role Summary
We’re seeking a creative, on-camera TikTok Intern to ideate and produce high-energy short-form content that drives reach and conversion. You’ll film, edit, and publish native content for TikTok, and cross-post to Reels/Shorts.
Responsibilities
Produce 3–5 short-form videos per week (TikTok primary; cross-post to IG Reels/YouTube Shorts).
Track and adapt weekly trends , proposing 5–10 ideas in a rolling pipeline.
Appear on camera; shoot product try-ons, styling tips, BTS from shoots/trade shows, artisan/story features, packing/ASMR, and UGC-style reviews.
Maintain a content calendar ; coordinate product pulls and shoots (remote + optional Miami showroom access).
Deliver a weekly KPI snapshot (posts, views, saves, shares, profile visits, link taps).
Qualifications
Strong grasp of TikTok trends in fashion, editing (CapCut/Adobe Rush), and hook writing.
Comfortable on camera; confident storytelling and pacing.
Bonus: fashion/lifestyle interest, basic lighting/audio, thumbnail/caption copy.
Logistics & Compensation
Schedule: ~15 hrs/week | Oct 21 – Dec 20, 2025(flexible).
Location: Remote; Miami showroom access available for shoots.
Comp: $800/month stipend + $150/month product allowance ; school credit available.
Equipment: You provide phone/tripod; we provide product and brand guide.
Compliance & Rights
Must sign NDA/IP assignment ; follow FTC disclosure for gifted product.
Music/audio must follow A&B’s music usage policy (licensed/in-app only).
A&B may reuse content across channels and ads with credit.
