• Current certification from an accredited organization.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Strong understanding of exercise techniques, body mechanics, and fitness principles.
• Familiarity with nutrition and wellness concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises effectively.
• Ability to perform various fitness activities. - Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all Standards and Procedures as directed by trainers and management.
• Uphold high service standards across all spa and fitness departments, including the Front Desk, Retail, Relaxation Area, Sluice Area, Fitness Center, and Spa Suites.
• Report any dysfunctional equipment to the Spa Director.
• Manage inventory of supplies and assist in daily operations.
• Attend daily line-ups and spa meetings.
• Maintain personal hygiene and appearance standards as set by the Spa Director.
• Engage courteously with guests, answering questions and ensuring their comfort in relaxation and fitness areas.
• Assist with pool cleaning outside operating hours.
• Stay informed of relevant Health and Safety legislation.
• Greet all guests warmly and proactively offer assistance.
• Conduct fitness assessments and provide personal training while ensuring safe equipment use.
