Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all fleet-related matters, including vehicle coordination, maintenance, and operational readiness

• Manage technical requirements for all vehicles and ensure timely servicing and repairs

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with external partners such as service providers, dealerships, and equipment suppliers

• Maintain up-to-date records of all vehicles, including locations, status, documentation, and logistics

• Work closely with the security team to ensure all vehicles are properly equipped according to company standards

• Support operational planning and contribute to developing efficient fleet processes and best practices

What We Expect From You

• Previous experience in fleet management, logistics, vehicle operations, or a similar role

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several parallel processes

• Technical understanding of vehicle equipment, maintenance, and operational needs

• Strong communication and negotiation skills for working with external partners

• A proactive mindset, accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with basic IT tools and an ability to maintain structured documentation

• Local knowledge of the Dallas area is considered a strong advantage
