Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumbing Install Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading plumbing installations and repairs in residential settings. From installing water heaters to fixtures, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Installing plumbing systems in residential homes.
• Using power tools and equipment to cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings.
• Soldering pipes together using various techniques.
• Installing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, and water heaters.
• Testing plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning.
• Leading installations from start to finish following the plan established for the job and adjusting when necessary.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Working alongside a plumbing apprentice to assist with the daily jobs.
• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Offering customers maintenance tips and advice for caring for their systems.
• Keeping up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

What Does It Take?

• Valid Journeyman Plumber license
• 3+ years of plumbing installation experience
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
• Clear background check, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and drug screen
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and educating customers on all options
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to safety in all aspects of work
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Pay:

• $35.00-$45.00/hour depending upon experience
• Sign-On Bonus: Potentially - Up to $10,000.00 for licensed plumbers
