We’re especially gearing up for our holiday pop-up bars — Nightmare Before Blitzen’s (Halloween) and Blitzen’s Christmas Bar — two of the most festive and exciting times of the year at Hudson’s! This is your chance to experience the fun and fast-paced energy that comes with themed menus, seasonal cocktails, and a lively crowd celebrating the holidays.
Hudson’s is a family-owned and operated restaurant with deep roots in the Hudson community. Our kitchen is truly a teaching environment , led by a talented team with over 90 years of combined culinary experience among our owners and management.

Hudson's Restaurant and Catering is a family owned and operated restaurant. The owners are brothers, JJ and Kevin Altomare graduated from The Culinary Institute of America and have been creating memorable dishes and experiences together for the past 19 years in Northeast Ohio. We currently offer lunch and dinner 6 days per week, as well as brunch on Saturdays. We also have created pop up bars for Halloween, Christmas and St. Patrick's ! Nightmare Before Blitzen's, Blitzen's and O'Blitzen's. We love creating and sharing special menus, drinks and experiences with our guests!
