AB Staffing is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT – Float) to support multiple school locations in the Crestwood, IL area for the 2025–2026 school year . This position follows the academic calendar and offers consistent weekday hours with the variety of working across campuses.

Position Details: 

• Location: Crestwood, IL (multiple nearby school sites)
• Schedule: Full-time school hours - 32,5 hours per week
• Contract: Full 2025–2026 school year
• Setting: School-based (K–12)
• Role Type: Float OT
• Caseload, mileage expectations, and school placements discussed prior to offer to ensure a great fit
• Weekly Pay: $1,625-$1,722.50

Key Responsibilities: 

• Evaluate students using standardized assessments and clinical observation
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Provide therapeutic interventions to support functional and academic success
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Travel between assigned school buildings as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Promote safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments

Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Illinois OT License (OTR/L)
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Comfortable floating between multiple school sites
• BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to meet standard pre-employment requirements
