Office/ sales Assistant job at Icebear Powersports Fontana, CA, US

Job Description

Salary Range: $20-$22/hr Power Sports company in Fontana area is looking for qualified candidate to join our administrative and sales support team. This position will work closely with sales team and accounting to process paperwork and provide customer service. Duties include, but are not limited to:
1. New customer entry 2. Check payment entry
3. Answering incoming calls and resolve customer questions 4. Collecting payments 5. Other data entry work as needed 6. General administrative work as needed Skills Required:
1. Works efficiently & able to Multitask 2. Strong phone and communication skills. 3. Highly organized 3. Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.). 4. Detail oriented & fast learner
5. A go getter that takes the initiative. Motorsports knowledge is a plus. Candidate MUST have a MINIMUM of 5 years in a FAST PACED office environment.
