ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Following established methods and procedures must be able to perform, but not limited to the following operations necessary for picking or stocking orders
• Pick orders from computer-generated invoices.
• Knowledge of general warehouse operations and experience picking orders.
• Use and be familiar with Powered Industrial Trucks (stand-up AND reach truck OR cherry picker) - prior experience required
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Complete tasks as directed by line leaders, supervisors, and manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition, and follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.

Minimum Requirements:

Daily tasks are highly variable, with involvement in all parts of the shipping department. Ability to shift attention and focus between tasks as needed is required.

• 2 years of stand-up forklift AND reach truck OR cherry picker experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• High attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent safety record
• Excellent Attendance

Essential Physical Functions:

• Able to lift 60 lbs.
• Regularly required to stand, bend, and reach
• Work performed in a fast-paced shop environment.
