Weare seeking a dedicated Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Guadalupe AZ. This full‑time position is ideal for individuals passionate about community medicine, offering a 100% outpatient setting with minimal call responsibilities.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completed residency in Family or Internal Medicine accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education.
• Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Arizona.
• Current DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances.
• Prior experience in a family medicine setting preferred.
