**Job Title: Packer and Shipper** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Packer on the 2nd shift from 12pm to 8:30pm. This role involves efficiently picking and packing products for shipment while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining high standards of productivity. **Responsibilities** + Pick products using an RF Scanner. + Perform inventory counts and cycle counts. + Review pick sheets and order sheets to verify accuracy. + Prepare products for shipment. + Move materials throughout the facility using various equipment. + Handle heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs, sometimes more. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with RF scanners. + Experience in order picking. + At least 6 months of warehouse experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma. **Why Work Here?** Our company values reliability and hard work, offering a great chance for conversion to a permanent position if you excel. The facility is organized into six major departments: ITAD, Integration Lab, Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, and Special Projects. Typically, two shifts are operational, with a third shift added during busy peak seasons. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carol Stream, IL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
