LaSalle Network has partnered with a boutique marketing agency in downtown Chicago that’s looking to add a Paid Social Manager to its growing performance team. This Paid Social Manager role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys owning campaigns end-to-end, and has deep experience driving lower-funnel performance across paid social channels.
As Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid social campaigns with a strong focus on acquisition, conversion, and ROAS—working closely with internal strategy, creative, and analytics partners to drive measurable results for a range of clients.
This is a hybrid role, with a few days per week in the Chicago office.
Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of lower-funnel paid social campaigns focused on conversions, lead generation, and revenue growth
Manage campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging social channels as needed
Build and optimize audiences, including retargeting, lookalikes, and first-party data strategies
Partner closely with creative teams to test messaging, formats, and creative concepts aligned to performance goals
Monitor performance daily and make data-driven optimizations around budgets, bids, creative, and targeting
Analyze results and translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders
Manage budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend and strong ROI
Stay current on platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends in paid social and performance marketing
3–6+ years of hands-on paid social experience, ideally within an agency environment
Proven success managing lower-funnel, performance-driven campaigns (e.g., conversions, CPA, ROAS, pipeline, revenue)
Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager; additional experience with TikTok and/or LinkedIn is a plus
Comfort working with performance metrics, reporting, and optimization frameworks
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while confidently owning your channel
Strong communication skills and comfort presenting insights and recommendations
Experience working with multiple clients and managing competing priorities
