Job Description

Linder Oil Company is seeking a Production Associate to join our team. We are a family-owned and operated business that values a supportive, family-friendly work environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

This role offers a hands-on experience in a job shop setting—it is not an assembly line position. As a Production Associate, you’ll work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including assisting with loading operations from railcars. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately weigh and load raw materials into mixing tanks.
• Monitor and adjust the mixing process to ensure proper blending of materials.
• Unload and store finished batches in preparation for the next stage of production.
• Ensure product quality by:
  • Verifying the weight and contents of all raw materials.
  • Documenting each step of the mixing process.
  • Collecting samples for quality control testing.
• Operate Class A and B trucks on the property for weighing purposes (CDL not required).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with all safety procedures and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including climbing railcars and tankers.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Basic reading skills required for following instructions and safety procedures.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
• Awareness of workplace safety practices.
