You will lead the creation of landing pages, paid ad creatives, email templates, and other digital assets, ensuring that every design decision aligns with business objectives and enhances user engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate marketing strategies into visually compelling and highly effective digital experiences. This position requires balancing creative excellence with data-informed decisions, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring usability, accessibility, and inclusivity across all projects. You will also contribute to design systems, document design standards, and mentor colleagues where appropriate.
