Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Sewing Machine Operator:

• Operate and thread multiple types of sewing machines

• Sew and assemble textile products following patterns and templates

• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic issues

• Inspect finished goods for quality and correct defects when possible

• Record production output and maintain workflow efficiency

• Cross-train on products across departments as needed

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Ability to learn and operate all machines in the department within 3 weeks

• Proficiency in producing standard products within 6 months; all products within 9 months

• Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and visual color discrimination

• Ability to follow one-piece flow manufacturing processes

• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

• Reliable, adaptable, and willing to learn
