Unmatched Compensation: $72,000–$180,000+ proven annual earnings (first year average)

Golden hours : 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday (evening and weekends are yours)
Full-time, in-person role at our supportive and collaborative Vancouver office (1499 SE Tech Center Pl, Vancouver, WA 98683)

Ongoing, expert-led sales training and mentorship
Engage with warm inbound leads to understand client needs and deliver Medicare solutions
Build lasting relationships that drive retention and referrals
Educate clients on Medicare plans, assist with enrollments, and ensure regulatory compliance
Consistently exceed individual and team sales performance goals
Uphold ethical sales practices and customer service excellence
Demonstrated phone sales, insurance sales, or customer service success
