Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency water damage restoration calls promptly
• Assess and mitigate water damage in residential and commercial properties
• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes
• Collaborate effectively with team members and customers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in water damage restoration is required
• Willingness to become certified in IICRC WTR at first opportunity
• Ability to work weekends, 12-hour shifts, and on-call as needed
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
