Genesis is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst at for a contract position at our Pascagoula, MS facility. 

Job Description: 
Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems, such as production and inventory control systems, financial tracking systems, marketing and human resources systems. Represents the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments. Coordinates with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls. Requires knowledge of e-commerce tools, computer system capabilities, business processes, and work flow.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience or equivalent.

Preferred Design Disciplines: 
1. Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Powerpoint, and Access
2. SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio used to develop and maintain applications using C# Frontend and SQL Backend
3. Familiarity with Power Platform including Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate to develop insightful Dashboards and data visualizations
4. Work with stakeholders to understand business needs
5. Comprehend established code, document data flows, and translate data flows between programs/coding languages
6. Create, execute, and document comprehensive test plans and cases
7. Analyze error test results to improve code efficiency
