Key Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and resolve residential and commercial drain issues
Use augers, hydro-jetters, and other tools to clean and unclog drains
Perform camera inspections and report findings
Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment
Provide outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with clients
Document work completed and materials used
Previous drain cleaning or plumbing experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions
Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to be on-call or work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
