The Role: We seek a talented and experienced Submersible Pilot.

Description Brief:

You will play a key role in guest expedition operations onboard the Scenic Eclipse II, reporting directly to the Expedition Leader. Your responsibilities will include piloting the Triton Ava 9 submersible in both polar and tropical waters, ensuring the highest standards of safety and delivering unforgettable guest experiences. You will also act as Submersibles Surface Officer during operations, manage the launch and recovery process, and operate the Zodiac and safety boat as required.

In addition to piloting, you will support the upkeep of the submersible through routine checks, inspections, and maintenance tasks. Where required, you may assist with troubleshooting and minor mechanical repairs. You will always follow company policies, procedures, and safe working practices, fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all maritime and expeditionary standards.

Minimum Requirements:

- Certified Commercial Submersible Pilot with 50+ guest dives

- Certified Submersibles Surface Officer

- Power Boat Level 2 (Zodiacs & safety boat)

- Valid STCW certificates, as required for the position.

- An amazing team player with a positive attitude to ‘get the job done’.
