About the position

You will be exposed to different product line activity within Customer Support. The internship opportunity is accepting Finance and Accounting majors.

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Partner with the finance and accounting teams to assist in the monthly closing process, which includes journal entries and analysis of accounts.
2. Assist with the preparation of management financial statements, designing financial reports and providing value added analysis. 
3. Actively develop and drive continuous improvement recommendations.
4. Understand key business unit operating metrics/drivers and measure performance to established metrics.
5. Perform special projects and ad-hoc management reporting as required.

 

Education Requirements :

• Knowledge and understanding of Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and other Microsoft Office Suite tools is preferred.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week for at least 12 weeks 
• Must have reliable transportation for the duration of the internship

Other Requirements:

1. Enrolled as a full-time student at time of application, actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Complete their freshman year by the time the internship starts.
3. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding); must be listed on resume.
4. Minimum 12-14 week requirement (summer); 14-16 week requirement (spring and fall).
5. Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.
6. Must have reliable transportation.

This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
